Established in 1909, Ohio National is a leading provider of financial products and services. In March 2022, Ohio National successfully completed its sponsored demutualization transaction and became an independently managed subsidiary of Constellation Insurance Holdings, an insurance holding company backed by two of the world’s largest, long-term institutional investors - Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (“CDPQ”) and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (“Ontario Teachers’”).
The company is being rebranded and is expected to officially change its name to AuguStar Life Insurance Company in the fourth quarter of 2023.
